Common Questions
FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is one bag (currently 30 kg).
How is pricing calculated, and what does it include?
Prices are quoted as a flat rate per pound, ex-warehouse (EXW). That rate covers sourcing, financing, transport from Bolivia, packaging, export and import costs, insurance, quality control, and storage.
Delivery is charged on top of the per-pound price and varies by location and quantity.
Can I request a sample before ordering?
Yes. Let us know what you're evaluating and we'll do our best to get samples to you before you commit to a lot.
What are the payment terms?
Payment is required in full before the coffee ships.
